What is Natural Alignment?

By working with the body's natural healing ability, Natural Alignment restores structural balance to the body. Unlike modalities that use force, twisting and cracking, natural alignment simply provides the ideal frequency that the body responds to, and hips, spines, knees, shoulders, necks, sphenoids and more, gently roll into place.  Because, there is no force, the body only moves as far as is best at that time. This holistic approach helps clients heal as they are ready.

How Can Natural Alignment Help You?

Clients often request alignment due to unresolved pain in their joints, muscles and spine.  This modality focuses on reducing the pain and promoting structural alignment. Its an excellent complement to Western medicine for those who have undergone joint surgery, fractures, tears, sprains and spinal surgery.  Many also receive relief from headache pain due to concussions and tension.

What To Expect In An Alignment Session.

During a session, the practitioner places their hands in various positions on the client to promote the bodies natural healing ability. Clients stay fully clothed during a session and often stand during alignment. Many times the client may sway, rock, twist or bend depending on what the body is attempting to align. During the session, the practitioner often will drain pain out of the affected area to bring increased relief and then, restore energy balance to that area of the body. Many times a series of 4-6 consecutive weekly sessions are recommended to retrain the muscles that have held the misalignment over time.
