I used to try to beat my body into the shape I wanted—stressing it, pushing it, torturing myself, and raising my cortisol in the process. Somehow, I still never felt or looked the way I thought I should.
Then someone suggested Qi Gong.
My first thought? That looks like it's for old people. (I laugh about that now.)
But I tried it anyway. And everything changed.
What I Discovered
After my first Qi Gong session, I felt Calm. Radiant. Refreshed.
I could feel it lengthening my fascia, unwinding stuck pain, energizing me, and improving the quality of my energy. It wasn't about forcing my body into submission—it was about working with it.
I was so moved by the transformation that I got my 200-hour Qi Gong certification in 2018.

What Is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong (pronounced "chee gong") is an ancient Chinese practice of gentle, flowing movements designed to unblock stuck energy, increase flow, and balance the body's natural systems.
