Join Julie in her private oasis for a one-day women's retreat to fill your cup. You will be nourished at every level as you are gently guided through movement, healing and meditation. There will be time for play, new perspectives, relaxing and letting go of all your other roles in life. Come shift your mindset to move forward with more ease, peace and happiness. Lunch and snacks included. Space is limited to 13 ladies.
