I’m Julie Conrad

the founder of Blossom. I recently took the title of CEO, Chief Empowerment Officer, at Blossom because I believe my energy is best spent empowering others to transform their lives with simple tools, tap into their authentic selves and thrive.

I have put my business degree and corporate sales experience to work running Blossom, but I also have some unique gifts that I use daily. Being highly intuitive, I am able to bring harmony to groups and to quickly understand what is blocking growth and to facilitate the transformation needed. As a studier of humans, I am always looking for how to help people shift their perspective, create a new story and love their lives. I have written multiple courses to help others unlock and utilize their intuition, to equip people with a new framework to understand themselves and others as well as a course on how to manifest amazing lives.

I was once asked if I could do anything, what would it be? To the person’s surprise, I answered, what I am doing now! I left a 15 year corporate career 10 years ago to start Blossom with just 4 clients and never looked back! I love inspiring others to create lives they love.

Over the past decade of working with thousands of people, I've discovered that true transformation happens through three essential pillars that work simultaneously:

Life has a way of weighing us down—burdens, pain, burnout, overwhelm. You're meant to thrive, not merely survive. Energy work gently lifts what's holding you back and helps you reconnect to your inner guidance, peace, and your creative power to love life again. Here's how I explain it: Think about keeping every box that everything you've ever bought came in. Your home would be so full of useless stuff you couldn't enjoy the gifts inside. This is exactly what happens with our energy. Through our work together, you keep the gift from each experience—the wisdom, the depth, the updated version of you—and let go of the box it came in: the limiting mindset, the rumination, the grief, the hopelessness, and the dread that something bad will happen again. This perspective shift is everything! Just this week, a woman came to me overwhelmed and exhausted. The image I saw for her was a pail of water with holes in it—she was giving from an empty cup. I helped her learn a technique to reclaim her energy and refill. When she stood up after just an hour, she said she felt so much better and didn't even realize how much energy she was giving away. She looked refreshed and energized, her sparkle returning. Mediumship There's a second kind of connection I offer: being the bridge to the other side. Sometimes grief is so thick it's hard to move forward and feel bright. A woman who deeply missed her husband came in for a reading. He showed up in the navy blue suit he wore in their anniversary picture, holding a bouquet of yellow tulips—her favorite. He showed me things happening in her life and the signs he'd been giving her. As I shared these details, she felt so affirmed in her connection with him. It brought her deep peace, and she knew he was still with her. She felt a lift in her spirits, as if his hand was still at her back supporting her from the ethers. ​ I love being the connector—a rainbow tunnel of light to your higher self and to your loved ones. Guidance is always available; sometimes we just need to remember the way and clear the roadblock. ​​

Once you've experienced energetic clearing and reconnection, a question often arises: How do I maintain this? How do I access this guidance myself? That's where cultivation comes in! I started teaching because I want everyone to connect to their best life daily. the old saying: give someone a fish, you feed them for a day. Teach them to fish, you feed them forever. Teaching brings me so much joy. It's like offering an extension cord and watching people plug into their innate guidance—their light comes on and they never turn it off. What makes my teaching unique is that I weave energy work into every single class. Even if you've never had a one-on-one session with me, you'll experience energetic alignment, clearing, and attunement as part of your learning. This helps you connect more deeply to the material and to yourself. After working with thousands of people, I've learned this: the ones who experience the best results are those who cultivate their skillset to stay connected, growing, and curious. All healing is self-healing. People heal when they're ready, when their consciousness shifts. Nothing changes until we're ready. You're Not Alone on This Journey

Whether you're connecting to yourself, cultivating your gifts, or both—you don't have to do it alone. A common thread over the past decade: people feel lonely in their self-discovery journey. I welcome clients and students weekly who crave a sense of belonging and deeper connection. One of our deepest human longings is to feel seen, valued, and understood. The community I foster creates that sacred space without judgment. Everything I do is rooted in love and kindness. This community seeks to uplift people, encourage them, and empower them. People come in feeling like "I'm the only one experiencing this" and leave knowing "people get me. I feel supported." What makes this community special: My community offers a safe space to transform in the privacy of your own home (healings are via Zoom). Then we gather for social events with people who are familiar from our online connections, helping you form lasting friendships, trade energy work, and feel truly connected. Group Healing (Monthly) is a beautiful example of this. Each 45-minute session invites participants to set an intention, and everyone benefits from the collective intentions within the group. I use Reiki and Trilogy Alignment to guide everyone through a deep meditation where I facilitate an energy alignment that is deeply healing and restorative. Participants have access to recordings to enjoy as often as they like.
