What if I don't know anyone else coming?
Perfect! You're about to. Some of the best connections happen when we show up open and ready.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, swimsuit, journal, sunscreen, and an open heart. I'll send a detailed packing list closer to the retreat.

Do I need any experience with energy work or meditation?
Not at all! Everything is accessible whether you're brand new or deeply experienced.

Will there be alone time?
Absolutely. The schedule has plenty of breathing room for beach walks, pool time, or just being.
