How I Use Trilogy Alignment?

There's a truth I've come to trust completely after almost twenty years in the healing arts, over a decade of practice, and more than 10,000 sessions: nothing shows up in the body first.

By the time a physical symptom appears — tension, illness, pain, a nodule, a flare-up that won't resolve — it's usually the last stop on a much longer journey. The misalignment starts in spirit. It moves into emotion and mind. And only after it's gone unaddressed there does it finally land in the body, asking, loudly, to be noticed.

This is the belief that shaped everything about how I practice. It's also the belief that gave birth to Trilogy Alignment.

Where It Started

Several years ago, I started keeping notes in my office — jotting down what I noticed as clients' energy shifted, as their lives up-leveled, as their hearts and bodies healed in session after session. I'd be working with my guides, and one of my angels, Truth, would nudge me: write that down. So I would. Weeks later, the same guidance would return: do that thing you wrote down. I would, and the client on the table would heal in a way I hadn't seen before.

I did this for about a year and a half. Noting. Repeating. Refining. Watching the results become more consistent, more profound, more repeatable. Eventually I sat with a question: how do I bring all of this together into something simple enough that other healers — not just me — could use it to help people shift their energy, beliefs, bodies, and minds?

The answer became Trilogy Alignment. And in one of those small, strange confirmations the universe likes to give you, I'd reserved a website domain with "Trilogy" in the name a full year before I knew why. It turned out to be exactly the right name.

The Three Elements

Trilogy is named for what it actually requires: three elements coming together at once. The client's own intention and willingness to change. Divine energy — the limitless source available to all of us. And the facilitator's role: holding sacred space where the first two can actually meet and do their work.

When those three align, transformation isn't a maybe. It's close to inevitable.

In session, I use muscle testing to bypass my own analytical mind — my opinions, my assumptions, my need to be "right" — and let the client's subconscious and higher self lead. It tells us what needs to be released, what needs to be integrated, and what needs to be installed in its place. I'm not deciding that. Their body already knows. It's usually just been too busy, for too long, to be heard.

I built Trilogy around Chinese Five Element Theory — Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood — because when those elements are in balance, so is the person. Each one carries its own organs, emotions, beliefs, and spiritual threads, and grouping the work this way makes it something both the practitioner and the client can actually understand: what we're shifting, and what we're shifting it toward.

What Students and Clients Have Experienced

One student described Trilogy as taking her emotional and energetic release "to an entirely new level" beyond what she'd experienced with Reiki alone. Another said her mind felt like it "came online" in ways she hadn't expected over the course of a single weekend.

Clients have used it to ease anxiety, support their kids through the ups and downs of adolescence, shift stuck patterns in their businesses, and release old emotional weight they'd carried for years without realizing it was still running the show. It works in person, on the phone, even remotely. Energy doesn't need to be in the room to move.

Why I Don't Use Just One Tool

Here's what I believe, more firmly every year I do this work: healing that only addresses one layer rarely holds. If you only work the body, you're treating the last symptom of something that started upstream. If you only work the mind, the body may still be holding what the mind has released.

That's why I don't practice with a single modality. I layer them. Hypnotherapy to meet the subconscious belief at its root. Reiki to support the energy as it moves. Trilogy Alignment to help the body's own wisdom show us exactly what's ready to release, integrate, or install next — spirit, emotion, mind, and body, addressed together instead of in isolation.

That's the complete experience I've spent two decades building toward. Not one technique that works sometimes, but a full process that meets a person everywhere the misalignment lives — so that what shifts, actually stays shifted.

Curious what a session could uncover for you?
